What do you mean you claimed a child u wasn't supposed to go back and amend them

If you have not yet filed, go back into the "My Info" section

Scroll down to the list of dependents

Edit or delete the child you should not have claimed. 

If you did file, you will need to amend your return, paper file that return. The person that should claim the child will not be able to e-file. They will need to mail a paper copy of their return.
