I can't change Foreign Assets to NO. It shows YES currently. When I change it to NO and go back to check, it displays as YES again. Can anyone advise please?

During review I use the jump to form 8938 link. I see Foreign Assets is YES so I change it to NO. I go back to check and it is YES which is incorrect.
