I am using one car for two businesses. Can I use actual method car expense for one business and mileage method for the other business?

I put the car in service on previous tax year and used actual method for car expense deduction, so I need to use the actual method to report.  I am starting second  business on the current tax year using the same car.  Can I use mileage method when calculating the business vehicle expense?

No, you have to be consistent with the method. You can split expenses across the two businesses(doesn't really make a difference though), but you can't depreciate and actual expense for one business while taking mileage for another.
