I am self employed. Where do I enter home office and vehicle information?

I am in the Deductions and Credits section and am being asked about both home office and vehicle. Do I enter my self employed info here, or do I wait until I am in the business deductions section?

Can I include self-employed vehicle expense deductions - model & year, new or used, annual miles, work miles - when I have already deducted work mileage at the IRS rate?
