TT has asked me for : "The Clean Vehicle Seller Report is a detailed one-page form that gives all the details to the IRS about the buyer, seller and the specific clean vehicle (VIN number, make, model, etc.). The IRS Clean Vehicle Seller Report has IRS Form number 15400 in the upper left side of the form. " I DID NOT receive this from the dealer.
