No, as a truck driver you are covered by the Amtrak Act.  This means that you only have to report your income in your resident state.

The Amtrak Reauthorization and Improvement Act of 1990, Public Law 101-322, prohibits states and local governments from taxing compensation of certain nonresident employees who have regularly assigned duties in more than one state.

You do not have to claim it on the federal.  As truck driver, the biggest issue is if you are independent, you must make the estimated payments as opposed to employee, where some money is deducted every paycheck.

employee and no money is deducted every pay check.  Live in NH so have no state tax. Main question is how would they know you are claiming Amtrak act if you don't have to include a form.  I only ask because, last year filed return and got a notice in mail saying that they were keeping return because, owed state tax in MA.
