My W-2 shows in box 12e $1950 contribution with code W. I have a 1095-C form that shows I contributed $2798.88 for 2019 to my HSA. In TurboTax my employer and payroll deductions lists $1950. Do I put the $2798.88 in the personally made box? (I did this through my employer - "employee required contribution in form 1095-C". Why doesn't box 12 show $2798.88?

The 1095-C does NOT have any HSA information on it ... not sure what you are looking at on that form. The HSA should issue you a form 5498 which shows the total contributed to the account for tax year 2019 which should match what the W-2 box 12 code W has.
I retired in August with health insurance continuing through my federal employee pension. My W2 shows my employer plus my payroll contributions through August, but the employer contributed the monthly amounts promised by the health insurance plan in Sep Oct Nov and Dec. Are these contributions listed on another form? Do I override the amount Turbo Tax transferred from my W2 to include all of these contributions?
