How should I deduct items that were purchased from a charity's Amazon wish list and were shipped directly to the charity? Should I submit them as cash or goods?

When Amazon shipped out my order, they separated the order into three shipments. Two were approximately $50 and one was approximately $125. I received an email receipt from Amazon for the order and I have all of the items listed with their costs. I wasn't sure how to enter the charity donation on ItsDeductible - goods or cash?
