How do you enter in a FPO AP Address for childcare provider

You will need to indicate that you have a foreign provider.  When you are in the Child and Dependent Care Credit section of TurboTax and you are on the screen: Let's get some info about your care provider, click on "Other" and more fields will show up.  Then click on foreign provider.   Please see screen shot below.
