I switched banks holding my HSA in 2017. Most of my funds were rolled over to the new bank. A small portion was used for distributions. How do I show the transfer or rollover to the new bank in my 2017 return. As of now, the 2017 return is showing it all as a distribution.

You can indicate the portion that was rolled over during the entry of your Form 1099-SA.
To enter Form 1099-SA into Turbo Tax:
Then click on "I spent part of it on medical expense" if you did pay medical expenses, otherwise click on "I didn't spend any of it on medical expenses."
Either of those will give you a box to enter the amount rolled over into another HSA. (See the screenshots below)
