Hi Diane- Under the federal review tab it shows a "to do" list for me to complete stating an answer needs to be reviewed. Once I select Review it takes me to a check this entry page and populates the federal information worksheet. Above the worksheet it states " Federal Information Worksheet: Disaster distributions- you can't file just yet due to disaster relief laws passed by congress. This may mean a better tax outcome for taxpayers like you who took qualified disaster distributions between 2018 and 2020. We can keep working on your tax return and we'll let you know when we can help you finish up your taxes."
It allows me to unselect the disaster relief box and hit continue but doesn't register the update and then still keeps reverting me back to the to do list page.
We've also tried deleting this form in the tools section but because its the federal information worksheet that can't be deleted.
A rep did say last night this issue is a bug in the program and they are working to fix it.
Some TurboTax Online/Desktop customers may be experiencing an issue when going through the final review and seeing an error check.
You may be unable to remove the check box from the Disaster Tax Relief section.

I tried the instructions, which seemed to have worked for others, but did not work for me.
Take a look at the steps below provided by Expert DanaB that have worked for some users to clear up this situation.
Please try these steps to fix the rejection issue:
Another option is to delete "Form 8915-F" and "Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement Distr" and then go back to the retirement section and reenter the information:
Still not fixed. Is there an easy fix yet?
If you're using TurboTax Desktop, go to FORMS and delete Form 8915 and worksheet.
If you're using TurboTax Online, in the left-side menu, choose Tax Tools > Tools > Delete a Form and remove the form and worksheet.
After than, close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to the program.
If this does not resolve your issue, Contact TurboTax Support.
