How do I get the listing of itemized charitable donations I made for 2018. There was a schedule that also included the tax number of the organizations?

All you can do with Turbotax Online is download the PDF of "all forms and worksheets" and see if it contains the pages you want.  You can use a PDF editing program to select only certain pages for printing or extract them into different file. 

However, I don't really know if "all forms and worksheets" for TT Online really contains ALL the forms and worksheets.  If the charitable donation worksheets are not included in "all", you can print them individually if you have a copy of Turbotax installed on your own Mac or PC and you enter Forms mode to find the worksheets.  There is a charity detail worksheet for each charity that has what you are looking for.  You can try calling customer support and see if they will let you have a copy for free if you already paid for Turbotax online.
