How do I get past #4 on 1040? I have a dependant not a child. It wants info on child

I'm using Turbo Tax. #4 on 1040 wants info on child but I have a dependent.  How do I get it to except my taxes without a name and birthdate on that line?

The information that is being requested is used to cross-reference the child's information for identity purposes, and to prevent more than one Taxpayer from claiming the child. Name, Date or Birth, and Social Security Number are required to claim a Dependent on a return.
