Our dependent 19 year old daughter has a high deductible health plan through her employer. Because she's our dependent, she is not supposed to have that type of health plan on her tax return. So, she has to pay a few extra dollars in taxes on her tax return. But the fact is that she did have that type of health plan, but the program will not let me file her return. It loops back to have me remove that selection. I just want to bypass the error loop and file her taxes.

I take it that she or her employer made contributions to her HSA, right? Does she have a code W amount in box 12 on her W-2?
If so, then she must indicate that she has an HSA, so that TurboTax can declare all contributions as excess and add them back to her income.
In the HSA interview, she should indicate that she had no HDHP coverage for the year. This will trigger the excess contribution processing.
Are you in the Final Review, when TurboTax catches the fact that she is a dependent? When you indicate that she has no HDHP coverage, this should bypass the check in the Review.
Come back and tell us if it doesn't

My problem is that the Schedule K-1 and K-3 does not show any foreign tax paid. The Foreign tax paid was from another input and account, The amount? $17.02. i have been trying everything to break this loop
