You cannot. Car registration is not deductible. Only that part of registration that is a property tax based on the value of the car is, and not all states have such a tax.
Even then it is, it would be an itemized deduction so unless all your itemized deductions are more then the standard deduction it will be of no benefit. Deductions are not a refund - they simply lower your taxable income.
It depends on your state and if they use the value of the vehicle as part of the registration.

As long as the personal property tax is based on the value of the vehicle, then it would be deductible on your return.
Currently only the following states charge a fee based on the vehicle value:
