Not sure what you are asking to do?  Do you mean you need to find copies of returns you already filed for 2017 and 2018 or do you mean you need to prepare past yer returns for those years?

If you are a non-resident alien you cannot use TurboTax to prepare tax returns.  

NON RESIDENT ALIEN 

If you are a non-resident alien, your return must be filed on Form 1040NR, which cannot be prepared using TurboTax.  You can use TT’s partner, sprintax:

Past year returns cannot be prepared using online software.  It will require downloaded CD/Desktop software which must be installed to a full PC or Mac.  And the returns cannot be e-filed.  They have to be printed, signed and mailed.
