How can I access a 2016 return that I started but had an initial ext. but was then effected by harvey so now filing 1/31?

Please review the link below to obtain access to your 2016 return.  Please keep in mind if you started the return by using the desktop product installed on your computer, you would have had to save a copy to the computer to retrieve it.
