Home office deduction and depreciation...

Hi, I have a question related to the home office deduction and depreciation. I own a condo and one of the rooms is used exclusively for my home office.  To figure out the depreciation, one of the items is the "value of the land".  So what is the value of the land for a condo? Thanks.

There is no land value for a condo since you don’t own the land.
