I lived in Michigan.I rented an apartment.You could get credit there (a refund) if you were a renter for: 1) Home Heating/Cooling2) Property Tax I am now living in Oklahoma.I am renting.Can I get those 2 refunds in Oklahoma?

Oklahoma does have a property tax credit, but you have to be a full year resident.

You can claim a part-year home heating credit and homestead property tax credit on your Michigan tax return.
