You can enter your information manually.

How do I enter manually?  My bank (Sierra Central Credit Union) and my mortgage lender (FCI Lender Services, Inc.) are not in the drop down.

I assume you are on the screen "Let's import your tax info."  If your financial institution is not a participating import partner with TurboTax, then don't use the dropdown menu.   Instead, scroll way down on the page below the logos and choose the gray button "Change how I enter my form."

On the next screen, which asks "How do you want to enter your form?," scroll way down to the bottom and choose the button "Type it in myself."

Then it will let you start entering the institution name, etc.
