Hi. If I have two 1099-NEC forms (separate gigs), how do I enter expenses if I worked from the same home office? Would it be double counting if I enter the same for each?

If the two gigs are in the same line of work, you can report both 1099-NEC forms on the same Schedule C.

If they are two totally different lines of work, you need to report them on two separate Schedule Cs. You can take the home office deduction on only one of the Schedule C. Don't enter the same deduction on both Schedule Cs.

If I have four1099Nec and  they’re all for different type of delivery driving apps and one 1099 from working with a client can I combine all 1099s together or do I have the file each 1099 individually

Yes, if all of the work is similar in nature, then you can combine all 1099-NECs together as one business on your Schedule C as a sole proprietor.  Similar in nature would be defined as all business activity as a delivery driver for each different customer (various apps).
