Yes. You can value them using the "comparable sales" method for determining their value.  If the floor tiles were new/used, you could look at adds for similar tiles at retail stores.  If they were used tiles, you can check sites like eBay and Craigslist to find similarly priced tiles.  The value you place on the tiles will be your best estimate based on the information you find for comparable sales.
