Has the Child & Dependent Care Credit update been released yet today (4/14)?

My tax return was rejected and I was told to return today (4/14) for the product release for this section.  I went through it and I had no different questions than before.

If you're using a desktop version of TurboTax you will need to ensure your software is up to date.  To check for updates if you're on a PC, open TurboTax and select Check for Updates from the Online menu near the top. On a Mac, simply quit and reopen TurboTax. If there are any updates, you'll be prompted to download them.
