Gut check on claiming the EV tax Credit if my AGI is slightly over $300,000

I completed my taxes and my TY 2023 AGI is $304,xxx on 1040 line 11 (married filing jointly) which I thought made me NOT qualify for the $7,500 EV Federal Tax Credit.  I went back into TurboTax and decided to input the eligible car, answered the questions, and input the $7,500 credit.  TurboTax 2023 Premier Desktop gave me the credit and my refund increased by $7,500.  I'm nervous claiming this credit causing an audit.  Can someone provide some reassurances that I can claim the credit or was it that TurboTax didn't catch this error?  Thank you.

Was your AGI for 2022 under $300,000?  If so, it still qualifies.

Thank you! That answered it.  2022 AGI was below $300K.
