in 2021, I have received an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) through my former employee, this makes me ineligible for a Premium Tax Credit (per the IRS). My 1095 form is correct, but to my knowledge there is no way to stop the credit from processing on Form 8962.
Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
Thank you!

If you have a reimbursement arrangement with your employer, you may still enter Form 1095-A. For the second column, Monthly SLCSP Premium, enter 0 for any month you were not eligible to receive a premium tax credit. This will cause the form to calculate a $0 credit for that month, regardless of the cost of your health insurance.
Thank you, that looks like it works!!
Hi, I used this option as well, as I'm in the same situation, with the 1095-A and an ICHRA.
Turbo Tax will not let me file with these fields filled out as $0. When I try to go through with eFile at the end, it sends me back and it says I have to fix these fields or File by Mail.
Any further suggestions?
On the 1095-A entry screen if there is an amount in Column A for a month then there must be an amount in the corresponding columns B & C even if the amount is a zero.
I'm not leaving it blank though, I'm entering "0" and Turbo Tax won't let me file with those values as 0.
