Review keeps showing my address is not complete on Form 5695. I have deleted the form and re-entered the information multiple times. My address shows on two other sections on the form, however, there is one section that will not keep the address. Review has me put in the address, but it will not stay. I go to the forms section to manually input the address and again it will not stay. I've installed all updates and rebooted my computer. After further review, on Smart Check it keeps asking to complete the address for Part II Section 17b, when in fact it should be Part II Section 17d. It would appear this is why the address will not stay, because 17b is a yes or no question, not where an address would go. Is this glitch that will be fixed?
Update: Turbotax said Form 5695 is good to go. I file our taxes. They are rejected by the IRS as Form 5695 needs to be updated. According to the IRS, the Form should be updated on February 13th and on or after that date you are able correct the return and refile.

This is a known problem and under active investigation. Please check back with the program tomorrow or the next day to see if the update has fixed the issue.
Thank you for your reply. No update yet. According to the rejection received from the IRS, Form 5695 will not be updated until at least February 13, 2026. This is the message I received
"F5695-096 - If Form 5695, [ 'CostAmt' in 'MostExpnsElecGasHtPumpGrp' from 'HtPumpWtrHeaterBmssStoveBlrGrp' from 'EgyEffcntHmImprvCrGrp' ] has a non-zero value, then [ 'QMID' in 'MostExpnsElecGasHtPumpGrp' from 'HtPumpWtrHeaterBmssStoveBlrGrp' from 'EgyEffcntHmImprvCrGrp' ] must be present unless a binary attachment or [GeneralDependencySmall] with description beginning with "Substantiate QMID" is present in the return."
I'm not even what this means. My daughter received the exact same rejection with the exact same explanation.
