form 2210 - not a farmer/fisherman

I owe a fine for underpayment of MA estimated taxes.  I do not qualify for an exception, I am not a farmer or fisherman. I state this clearly in. TT's interview. TT calculates the fine well. BUT, when I go to the form 2210-M to check it, it states that I am a farmer/fisherman and 80% of last year's tax liability is entered (Question 4, part 1 form 2210-M). How can I tell TT that I am not a farmer/fisherman? I keep stating this int he interview but it comes up in the form 2210.
Or....should I ignore this? Thank you.

You will need to go through your MA return again until you reach a screen that says Underpayment Penalty Exceptions. Make sure you check None Apply and uncheck the box stating you are a qualified farmer or fisherman.

It may be necessary to go to tax forms>forms>delete a form>go to your Mass forms and delete form 2210-M.  If using the software, go to the forms mode and under Mass forms, select 2210-M and when it appears in the right pane on your screen, select delete form at the bottom.
