I have a self-funded HSA that I no longer contribute to since I am on Medicare and don't have a HDHP policy. I also did not spend anything from my HSA in 2021 so I don't have Forms 5498-SA and 1099-SA. So, for the HDHP Policy I answered, "None or Medicare". This is noted due to the following problem:
The program keeps asking if I received Form 1095-A, which I do not get because I am on Medicare. The program will not let me answer "No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A". It always toggles back to "Yes, I received Form 1095-A" and then warns me if I don't enter the information, it will delay my return. How do I resolve this?

That is a known issue which is being worked on. Check back in a week.
Does someone in your household have or should have a 1095-A?
