Foreign Tax Credit Carryover

In 2022, I had a foreign tax credit that appeared on Form 1040 Line 20. The amount also appeared in TurboTax on the Foreign Tax Credit Computation Worksheet (column f) as being "Utilized" in 2022; beside this, in column g, there is an amount for carryover to 2023. This same carryover amount appears in TurboTax in the 2023 Foreign Tax Credit Computation Worksheet Part III as "Carryover to 2023" and again as "Carryover to 2024" with nothing being "Utilized" in in 2023. As I went through the interview screens now in 2023, TurboTax never mentioned a carryover of Foreign Tax Credit. Why is that? Can I utilize this carryover in 2023?
