Foreign Dividend and Tax Paid: 1 1099-DIV, but multiple countries?

As the title suggests, I have a single 1099-DIV file, but it has information for 3 different entities located in different "countries": Canada, Norway, + 1 RIC.

Once I enter the flow and enters the total amount of foreign dividends, I am asked to "assign" this to a country/entity. Let's say I select Canada. Great.

However once I select a country/entity, the flow ends and I am sent back to the generic income/deduction "home screen".

How do I enter the amounts to be "assigned" to Norway and the RIC then?

I am facing the same issue on foreign tax deduction side (not surprisingly).

Thanks in advance

Yes, select various in the drop-down menu and this will be acceptable for reporting all three countries.
