Firearms Safety Device Credit for the state of Maine

From Maine Legislature:

Sec. 2. 36 MRSA §5122, sub-§2, ¶QQ is enacted to read:

QQ. For tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2019, the amount up to $250 spent during the tax year to purchase a safe or lockbox for securing firearms.

Is there anyway to claim this when working through my Maine state return on Turbo Tax?

No, there is no such credit available on your Maine income tax return.

The provision you cite doesn't relate to firearms safety credits; it allows a reduction from federal adjusted gross income related to earnings from qualified ABLE programs. See the Maine Revised Statutes for more information.
