Filling out Form 3520

I received a gift of 147k from my aunt in Peru sent via international wiring between banks.

I am having trouble filling out line 54 how would I write it 147k in one line and what would be the description.

For line 54 enter the date you received the wire in column a, "cash" in column b and the amount ($147,000) in column c.
