EV credit

My return got rejected because it states I didn't not buy my EV in 2024. I did buy my EV in 2024. I received the 15400 from the dealer which stated my vehicle was eligible for the tax credit. The dealer did not get the credit. I am supposed to get the credit, but my return keeps getting rejected. What do I do? My VIN number and everything else is correct. The IRS is zero help since it is impossible to talk to an actually person about the issue. Super frustrating
