I mistakenly enrolled in a dependent care FSA during my employer's annual enrollment period. I used the self-service option to enroll and must have checked the box for the FSA by mistake. The amount was so small that I did not notice the deductions taken from my check. I received my W2 and noticed an amount in box 10. It was $250, which is the minimum amount. Since I do not have childcare expenses, how do I account for the FSA? Do I have to complete form 2441?

Yes, you must complete form 2441.
When you show that you don't have kids or didn't spend money on them or otherwise don't qualify for special treatment, the $250 will be added back to Other Income (it was taken out of Wages, so it needs to be added back).
There will not be any more effect than that.
