I installed new Exterior Doors in 2018 for $6500. I did not take a credit on my 2018 tax form or refile in 2018. Can I claim this as a carry over for 2019? Additionally, I just reached the $500.00 from accumulated credits from 2014, 2017, and 2019. (note: I posted 10% of the $6500 as a credit, and Turbo Tax software allowed it).

The maximum lifetime credit for energy efficient doors and windows is $200. You can list any amount but only $200 will go on the form. And the program should have asked you for your previous credit claims, since you reached the $500 maximum you can't claim anything more.
Even if you could, it would have to be on an amended 2018 tax return, not a 2019 return, since the items were installed in 2018.
Also also, you can only base the credit on the cost of the items, not including installation. If you were audited and you did not have some way to prove the actual product cost, the credit would probably be disallowed.
