I received a form 8283 for a noncash charitable contribution and I'm required to submit the form 8283 with my return. Turbo Tax does not generate a 8283 form in my return. How do I attached the form to my return?

What do you mean that you received a Form 8283. It is not a reporting document. To generate a Form 8283 within your return, you need to enter a non-cash contribution for more than $500 and itemize deductions.
Yes. I received a form 8283 from the charity we donated our car. IRS requires us to file the form with the return when the non-cash donation is over $5000. We're instructed to file the form with our return. How do I attached the form to my return with Turbo Tax e-filing?
You don't. Enter the information from their form into the program and a new one will be generated. Is there a signature that needs to be included? Please see this LINK.
