The subscriber # for my HARVARD PILGRIM health ins is: HPE01362-00. Turbo tax will NOT accept it...says it needs to be an alphanumeric ..???

My health insurance consists of 3 letters and a bunch of numbers. When I enter it, Turbo Tax says the entry should be an alphanumeric...???

Drop the dash before the trailing zeros.
