Donated my car but Donor TIN and title was under my dad

I donated my car that I've been driving for 15 years but the Donor TIN on 1098-C was under my dad's name and social security because he was on the Title. I was on the insurance the whole time and have always paid any DMV/maintenance fees, can I claim the charitable contribution?

No, you cannot, since you did not own the car.

Whoever's on the title, owns the car.  You can confirm with your motor vehicle dept.
