Do you include a 1098 on a 2nd mortgage from a primary residence?

If you itemize your deductions, you do.  You can deduct qualified interest, so if you itemize, go ahead and enter it into TurboTax.  It will be included in your itemized deductions on Schedule A if it meets the requirements in the link below.
