No. If you used tax-free HSA distributions to pay for medical expenses, you cannot also deduct them as itemized deductions.
The medical deduction starts with every dollar of medical expenses (excluding HSA) over 10% of your income if under 65. You can't include pretax insurance either, so its a hard deduction to get anyway.
