These fees would be included under medical facility fees. These are charges the hospital fees for caring for you and your baby during and after delivery.

Medical facility fees include:

Fertility treatment
Hospital service fees
Surgery
Meals and lodging provided by a hospital during medical treatment
Physical exam
Psychiatric and psychological treatment
Treatment at a drug or alcohol center
