Do I qualify for EIC under the form 15111

If you have a Form 15111, the IRS believes you are eligible for EIC.

To claim it, complete the Earned Income Credit (EIC) Worksheet (CP 09) - IRS and,
If eligible, return it to the IRS in the envelope provided.
