Do I "own" my home if I have a mortgage?
When doing state taxes it says I can deduct my real estate taxes if I own my home. Do I "own" my home if I have a mortgage?

Do I "own" my home if I have a mortgage?
Yes, you're the owner of the home, it's just that your ownership is subject to a mortgage. Please make sure and deduct your real estate taxes on your home.
