I live in SC and work full-time remote for a company in Boston. SC has very low unemployment pay-outs should I need to file. Massachusetts unemployment pays double what SC pays. Am I legally allowed to pay taxes in MA so that in the event I find myself out of work I can collect unemployment from MA?

If you're a resident of South Carolina and perform your job while physically located in South Carolina then it's South Carolina that taxes that income.
