Do I have to complete form 2106 for employee use of car expense in excess of reimbursements if it is not beneficial this year?

Do I need to complete form 2106 is I am now using the standard deduction? Is it needed for state tax purposes?

No, Since the mileage reimbursement expense deduction has been repealed, there is no need to fill out form 2106.
