Do I enter moving expenses even if I was reimbursed in my relocation package?

I have been given a "Detail Moving Expense Report" that includes itemized costs, but were mostly directly taken care of the new company. It is also organized by taxable and excludable items. Where do I put this information?

If you meet the time and distance tests, you should claim the items listed as "taxable."

Scroll all the way down to Other Deductions and Credits and Show More

Click Start next to Moving Expenses

TurboTax will ask you time and distance tests that are required to qualify for the moving expense deduction.
