If I didn't inherit my HSA with a spouse, how should I answer the question "Did you inherit this HSA?"

If you didn't inherit your HSA, you can select "No."  Inherited IRAs have some special rules, which is why we have to ask.

TurboTax is really asking, "Did you inherit this HSA and, if so, did you inherit it from someone other than your spouse."  If this is your own HSA, the answer is No.  If you inherited the HSA from your spouse, the answer is No.  If you inherited the HSA and it was from someone other than your spouse, the answer is Yes.
