Correcting Property Tax Deduction for NJ

Hi,

I am using turbotax premier desktop.  Since I am in NJ I know I can only claim one of my two residences as primary, and take the deduction for my property taxes paid.  My federal looked correct for claiming the two, but I do not know how to only claim the one for State.  How can I select a primary residence and have it ignore the other?

Thanks Jason

Correcting Property Tax Deduction for NJ

The New Jersey property tax credit/deduction section will ask for the amount of property tax paid along with the lot, block and qualifier (if applicable) for your primary residence.

TurboTax should carry over the total property tax from federal. Adjust the amount on We Need to Know About Your Property Taxes and fill in the rest of the information.
