Cleanup from Hurricane Ian

We had 6 feet of flooding from Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Florida. The HOA hired Service Master to cleanout and dry the Condos.

Each affected Owner was assessed a portion of the cost. The Flood Insurance report lists the amount. How do I show the cost and the Insurance reimbursement In the Casualty Loss?

I need to show that a large portion of the Insurance reimbursement went towards the clean up, and not to the actual losses.

Cleanup from Hurricane Ian

You can simply deduct the insurance reimbursement for the clean-up from the proceeds received for the insurance.
