I bought a new clean vehicle in 2023 for self use.
My AGI in 2022 is less than $150,000, my AGI in 2023 is more than $150,000. According to IRS website, "You can use your modified AGI from the year you take delivery of the vehicle or the year before, whichever is less. If your modified AGI is below the threshold in 1 of the two years, you can claim the credit.". So I should be qualified for the tax return since my AGI in 2022 qualifies.
But TurboTax mac said: "Individuals can't claim the credit for a new clean vehicle if their modified AGI in either 2023 or 2022 is more than $150,000", which is a total misunderstanding of the IRS policy.
Anyone from Turbotax could look and fix this? Any comment would be appreciated, thanks.

You are correct that you can use your 2022 AGI for this credit. Unfortunately, the TurboTax software doesn't support this calculation. In order to use the TurboTax software for this you would have to use the desktop version and manually override the calculation which means the program would no longer let you efile and you void the accuracy guaranty.
Thank you, @RobertB4444
What is desktop version? Do you mean the version online here: https://us-east-2.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/unified/2023/index/gtkm?uid=9059978165362541&version=591...
Or the one on the Windows system?
This is the desktop software here at this link.
